Collect funds or fill a couple of bags with non-perishable food. Bring your donations to the front of The Vineyard at Fountaingrove Memory Care. There will be an area where you can drive-through to drop off your donations. From there, your donations will be brought to the Redwood Empire Food Bank to help End Hunger in Our Community.
